A significant difference from previous edition, HTC has achieved a big leap upon its company concept. Therefore, a total new office design is needed in showing the significant change of the new HTC identity. Window Phone 8 is known for the seamless unibody, ultra-wide-angle front camera, and undoubtly, its unique color pallete.

Peranakan culture is known for its humanity. This could be found from the Peranakan objects and decorations - animals motifs such as dragons, phoenix, sparrows and bat are widely seen. They emphasize the bonding of family and friends through the habits and culture.
DNA features human identity. The double helix structure has been explored to develop as the main concept of the office interior. Deoxyribonucleicacid(DNA) is a molecule that encodes the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living organisms.

Intelligence will be shown in a well organized storage. Applying this theory into office interior, resource area will be the most suitable area to be emphasized on. Therefore, to encourage employees to have better understanding of the company, another stairs has been designed in the 2nd floor to 3rd floor for better accessibility. This feature owns the advantage in terms of privacy because 3rd floor is an open space for manager and the accountants.

APPLICATIONS
DNA is formed by twisting a parallel surface, illustrating straight lines to curve structure. The geometrical motion of DNA can be characterized by 6 coordinates: shift, slide, rise, tilt, roll, and twist. Following the physical properties of DNA, wall structures and furniture could be found to formulate the intelligent working environment.
